    Stationed under Product Engineering Dept to assist Linear And Bondhead Motor Assembly production in terms of output improvement, machine troubleshooting, robot arm programming and jig design. The dept was stretched to serve a bigger purpose in which building linear motor prototypes (NPI projects) where their R&Ds were covered by our overseas colleagues. Responsibilities involved:- Prepared a proper new product (linear motor) delivery planning including BOM, fabrication method, procurement, assembly and testing.- Set up manuals, procedures and training for production team on new product assembly.- Collaborated with overseas colleagues (HK and Germany) on technical issues of the new motors.- Developed several robot arm programs for glue dispensing in Aero Motor production line.Skills learned:- Project planning- Machine learning
