    CNC operating and programming on all types of CNC milling machines with Fanuc,Heidenhain and haas controllers.Selecting proper tools for maintaining an accuracy of 2 microns.Machining tool room work.After finishing top in apprenticeship with L&T I was immediately offered permanent position with Larsen & Toubro as I topped in engineering drawing, trade theory and practicals. Fully responsible for preparing the JOB SETUP which includes the following steps – Planning, Setting, Programming and the use of best and the most effective tools. Correspondence with various die-makers within the organization for better manufacturing process. Where necessary I made jigs and fixtures for enhancement of majority of activities pertaining to the manufacturing process related to the job. Process sheet of the operations as per the requirements of the Company. Writing accurate and precision programmes for the CNC machines so that there is less wastages in terms of faulty job outputs. Reading manuals and researching for improvements in the programming of the jobs. This was done by writing CUSTOM MACROS and other modules. Being a natural team player.
