Carefully crafting Maggellan-class Partner ExperiencesContinuous coaching of partners in experiencing coffee is part of the many responsibilities ceremonially engraved on the Red Apron of each CBTLFSCCian. CBTLFSCCians act as facilitators during partners' journeys to become Practitioners of Coffee, and take part as the Honor Guard in the graduation ceremonies of partner Academies, like that of Starbucks' Coffee Masters.3. Delivering Andromeda-class Customer Service to the tableOn the ground in the hectic arena of the coffee floor, CBTLFSCCians exercise their expertly-honed judgement and charismatic leadership potential to synergize each team members' every movement, in order to bring Andromeda-class customer experiences to the table.4.
