    Throughout my three seasons in this role, I have had an excellent opportunity to learn and grow with the support of an industry giant. As a standard, the role involves managing data related to various harvest operations, with the maintenance of records and effective communication with various stakeholders being key to success. As a step beyond, I identified several opportunities for process improvement. The business orchestrations developed with my help and from my ideas have and will continue to save dozens of hours of labor annually. My biggest win in this role has been to develop a new, more efficient system of tracking third-party sustainability certifications submitted by growers. This has not only improved our internal tracking capabilities but has also led to a higher rate of collection due to improved external communications.
