The internship gives a deep insight into the use of biomechanics during rehabilitation and how this is used to guide physiotherapy and further intervention.

    Vice and Virtue is a sister restaurant to Aperitivo but offers a fine-dining experience; delivering 5 to 10 course tasting menus, thus customer care is vital. I work front of house as a waitress but also behind the bar making cocktails and serving wine. I have to communicate effectively and efficiently to ensure top quality service is delivered throughout the customer’s entire experience and work well as part of a team.

I believe this shows my level of maturity, experience and professionalism. Here my bartending roles included making cocktails, pulling pints and serving wine.
