During more than seven years as Executive Vice President/Partner at Cone Communications, one of Boston’s largest PR agencies, Shafran developed communications programs for the Boston Stock Exchange, Comfed Bancorp, Marriott Corporation, Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, McDonald’s, Reebok International, The Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Environmental Recovery Systems, Massachusetts Convention Center Authority, American Tourister, Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law (Massachusetts) and the John F.
