    Overall Responsibilities:- Support the achievement of the company's recruitment goals by identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions across AZPro and Allianz Life Indonesia.-Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process in accordance with company standards and policies.-Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other teams across the organization.Duties and Activities:1. Candidate Sourcing: Source qualified candidates through various channels, such as online job boards, professional networks (LinkedIn), external recruiters, employee referrals, and internal resume databases. Conduct labor market research to understand trends and in-demand skills. Develop effective sourcing strategies and specific targets for each open position.2. Application Processing: Review resumes and CVs to assess if candidates meet the required qualifications for open positions. Conduct initial candidate screening via phone or email. Schedule interviews for candidates who pass the screening stage.3.Interviewing and Candidate Selection: Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the open position. Facilitate follow-up interviews with hiring managers and relevant teams. Evaluate candidate interviews and assessments (if applicable). Provide recommendations to hiring managers on the most qualified candidates.4.Offer and Onboarding: Prepare and send offer letters to selected candidates. Answer candidate questions regarding the offer and onboarding process. Process new hire onboarding documents. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
