•There were two main goals of the loyalty club, one was to increase the number of registries and the other was to attract and engaged customers. In the end, increased the number of registered passengers in the club by 3X in 4 month•For acquisition, I designed weekly campaigns and In each one, I selected a segment of passengers and then personalized the campaign based on their behavior.•For engagement, based on the survey and held focus groups, We tried to divide passengers into 2 different groups, one was price sensitive the other was top tier who were looking for different experiences, instead of discounts.•As an example, one of the most interesting campaigns which we held for the top-tier passengers, was the birthday campaign we plant a tree for each one of them and then make a happy call to congrats on their birthday. This campaign had a good vibe for them and other customers.•We ran a surprise campaign for top-tier passengers, created a viral prank video during the ride, and gifted them with a cash prize.•We Ran a CSR campaign and convert passenger points (stars) to face masks for homeless kids during covid.19

• As a manager of bamilo Design Team, I was responsible for the management and develop a team of 6 multidisciplinary designers to Design and deliver 10 medium campaigns, 35 newsletters, more than 200 teasers, and motion banners for display ads and social media banners in a month. • Using data as a compass, and guiding the team through the execution of a broad range of design projects, continuously tracking performance and implementing new learnings along the way. Therefore we increase banners CTR step by step based on customer behavior. As an example: in defined OKR; increased CTR by 2% in mobile view and reduced bounce rate by 30% in specific campaign pages.• Manage the workload and traffic between the design team and all other departments efficiently. My team serves all marketing activities and product team’s design. As a big achievement, my team never had a delay in delivering tasks to stockholders even with workload and pressure.
