    Dynamo has grown by leaps and bounds in my almost two years here. I've been working with my team on an Operations department that can match Dynamo's progress. Nearly sixty distinct automations, a universal and powerful CRM, and an absolutely fascinating energy industry podcast are some of the things I have to show for the work.My goal in this new role is to help my colleagues keep doing more with the same amount of time. With automation, AI, good user experience design, and a people-first approach to technology, I'm excited to see what more we can achieve for the clean energy transition.

    Working with a global, driven staff, I built and manage a communications and logistic system to support Earth Day, the world's largest civic event. That's included a new CRM, email service, WordPress site, and ArcGIS system to build the digital backbone of this massive event. We've supported millions of users across seven continents as they push for smarter, sustainable solutions to our world's issues.I also coordinate a team of between fifteen and twenty-five great interns to work together with our staff each semester. Though I love digital work, supporting these up-and-coming leaders is always the best part of the job.

    As part of a great team, I was the staffer responsible for the Senator's political technology. My duties included managing and troubleshooting the voter database, field logistics, and cybersecurity of the campaign. I also trained and assisted my teammates and the Senator's volunteers and interns with any and all tech issues. It was a new challenge for most of us, but we had a blast.On weekends and evenings, I volunteered to represent Sen. King and his campaign at fundraisers, fairs, and parades, meeting hundreds of constituents on the way to an election-day victory. The race was the first American federal election to use ranked-choice voting.

    Sometimes alone and sometimes as part of a TA team, I helped to teach and facilitate four environmental undergraduate courses, which included lecturing, grading, leading trips, and organizing data for hundreds of undergraduates. The classes were:Consumers, Markets, and Public Policy with Rob Williams, Ph. D. (2016)-> After the class size doubled unexpectedly to one hundred students, I stepped up to lecture, handle all of the grading, and administer a course blog.Energy Alternatives with Richard Watts, Ph. D. (2016)-> I built a website, email list, and Facebook page to publicize weekly guest speakers from every corner of the renewable energy world.Introduction to Environmental Studies with Tatiana Abatemarco, Ph. D. (2017)-> My other TAs and I each taught a class of twelve students for three hours every week, graded and helped them improve their work, and assisted with larger lectures.International Environmental Studies, also with Professor Abatemarco (2018)-> Another class of twenty-three students, once a week, where I did all of the above and occasionally guest lectured on energy policy in larger sessions with hundreds of undergrads and my fellow TAs.

    I organized a team of students, administrators, and supporters to redesign and reestablish the forty-six-year-old Slade Co-op as a sustainable living institution in the Burlington, Vermont community. I founded a corporation to administer Slade, relocated it to new properties, built a partnership with a national co-op organization, wrote a comprehensive handbook of traditions and best policies, represented its thirty members in negotiations, and trained a team of students and Board members to replace me.
