    I was recruited as a Managing Director of Sewerage systems Ghana Limited on September 2015, to overlook the completion and commissioning of the project (The most advanced sewerage and waste water treatment project in West Africa). I negotiated the construction contract with the Chinese contractor and ensured we are getting the best value for our money. Two projects completed in Accra (Lavender Hill and Adjen Kotoku) and one project rehabilitated (Mudor).I also negotiated contracts with the government of Ghana and successfully lead the construction activities of a fourth facility in Kumasi.I lead discussions and compliance negotiations with all government agencies, ensuring that we met compliance timelines within a reasonable period of time.Shortly after joining Jospong Group and Sewerage Systems Ghana Limited, I was asked to have oversight responsibility on SINO Africa Development Company, a real estate development and construction company under the Jospong Group.I lead the restructuring process of SINO and had the overall responsibility for the administration, project management / control and staff development.I handed over SINO operation to a new Acting Managing Director February 2018.
