CFO with responsibility for Finance, IT, Strategic Planning and Shipping

Jul 2012 - Nov 2021

The CFO role at PVH Brands Australia presented a significant strategic and operational challenge, including the increased corporate governance requirements associated with an ASX listed entity and the complexity of a family dominated shareholding.Until recently listed on the ASX, PVHBA is a leading apparel supplier and retailer in Australasia with iconic lifestyle apparel brands led by CALVIN KLEIN, TOMMY HILFIGER and Van Heusen. In May 2019, PVHBA was purchased by PVH Corp. (NYSE: PVH) one of the largest branded lifestyle apparel companies in the world. During the 9 years with the business, we have acquired the businesses of Calvin Klein Jeans, Tommy Hilfiger and divested the Midford School-wear, Trade Secret and Bisley Workwear businesses.
