    Joined as Project Manager for Material handling system (MHS) division. Product requirements are considered as inputs for calculations and deciding variant of product to be offered. Assign Engineers according to plan and a complete set of drawings for all Assemblies, sub-assemblies and parts are created based on calculations done. Complete BOM is created and shared with ERP team to raise request for procurement. Also check and verify all drawings which are released to Production, Quality and Purchase for manufacturing and check procurement process of bought out parts from list of suppliers in system.Review meetings Bi-weekly with Design team to plan various improvisations in design of product Structure, Mechanism and its functioning and technical details for parts manufactured and assembled. Material selection, GD&T, Analysis for design failure and iterations to optimize design shape and size is executed out by Sr. engineers.
