    Working with 1C-Programm 7.7.As well as working with clients, I am preparing, calculating and submitting invoice to clients. Time-sheets preparation, monthly hour analysis, manpower, reporting to management. Cost estimation and preparation of proposals. Responsible for dealing with manpower cost control (call off, time-sheet, service entries, and expenditures). Registering of invoices to 1C program.Control of receivables and payables. Sending monthly reports to Head office (located in Italy).Performing assigned tasks as per their requests.Accounting (bookkeeping) of company Tecnomare Kazakhstan Branch: invoicing,Work progress accounting, vendors accounting, approvement of vendors invoices, accounting of cash, bank movements including preparation of Prima Nota, accounting of sum paid out on account, calculation of wages of the staff, materials accounting, tax accounting, preparation reports (all tipe of Tax Declarations, statements, informations) to the state Authorities as such a Tax Committee, National Bank, Statistical Department).
