    Jazzlaxy is an event that has the goal of making the event as a place for StarJazzing (ITB Jazz Batch 2022) to show up their interest in music, jazz and organizations, as well as introducing StarJazzing to the ITB masses by providing a jazz concert experience along with educational elements that can be enjoyed by StarJazzing and the audience.As Head of Department, i was working on some things such as :- Established clear objectives and goals for the pre-event and main event, drove execution of the pre-event and main event. - Sold 300 tickets (full capacity) under 30 minutes of tickets selling through the branding of it's pre-event.- 80% of the audience were well educated about the jazz genre through the plot of the event.- Developed strong communication and organizational skills through managing 41 staff in 4 divisions.

    In the earlier years of 20th century, Jazz was an enclusive music that served only the upper-class. Several decades later, a group of visionary student from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia contrived to make jazz more inclusive, especially for students, and came up with the idea of conducting a jazz performance at their campus.The very first Jazz Goes To Campus was held in 1976, performed only on one stage and attended by no more than 2000 audience. To keep the value of "Bringing Jazz to Campus", Jazz Goes To Campus continually develops and expands its program to deliver the purpose of spreading jazz across nation. Today, Jazz Goes To Campus has become the oldest and most celebrated international jazz festival in Indonesia consist of a series events annually and have reached more than 20.000 audience.As an associate i did things such like :- Setting up the venue and area for the events.- Making effective communication to event partners to do some collaborative deals.- Being a Liaison Officer for the guest star and judge.- Providing logistic support.- Bringing in more than 12 communities from local music activist and the campus community.

    Of all the student council work programs that have been implemented, Guinnot's largest work program (proker) is SMADA FIESTA 2021 on a national scale.Smada Fiesta is an event for students of SMA Negeri 2 Surabaya to show their art titles, which has been famous for giving birth to many famous musicians in Indonesia.Different from the year before the pandemic, the challenge this year is to be able to make the Smada Fiesta event able to reach the National Scale because it is broadcast online, while maintaining premium visual quality. Improvements : Approach Era 4.0 (collaboration & partnership). Initiating Networking with SMAN 68 Jakarta and SMAN 3 Malang, to share viewers, and mutually publish through social media to expand the scale of activities.Negotiating with artist and vendor managers to reduce costs: - Guest stars from a total of 160 million to a total of 70 million - Reduction of vendor costs (venue, lighting, production) +/- 100 million, to less than 50 million all in. Activation of all social media - Smada Fiesta's Youtube from under 600 to 14,800 subscribers - Smada Fiesta's Instagram from 4,400 to 5,400 followers - TikTok Smada Fiesta from 300 to 1,468 followers Profits from Smada Fiesta are donated to Covid-19 victims through the Umi Peduli Foundation to be donated to education Orphans victims of Covid-19.
