Minas Brewery with beer production of about 320.000 hl per year.-Active driver of re-structuring and creation of a new manufacturing management team in FNC in close coordination with LAS Head Office.-Very Strong improvements in Engagement indicators in labour climate surveys.-Strong improvements in operations key performance indicators, for example bottling line performances, energy savings, quality kpi´s.-Capex execution of larger projects like High Gravity Brewing in Minas plant, Waste Water Treatment plant in Montevideo and capacity increase of PET bottling line using TPM tool early project management.-Focus on process standardization. VPO implementation in Montevideo started with Business Review in October 2010, Milestone 1 is going to be achieved in December. -Used to tough negotiations with unions under difficult political circumstances

-Responsible for about 150 employees in the brewery, reporting to Brewing Operations Director Bolivia.-Re-structuring and staff reduction in all areas after operation take over by Quilmes in December 2000-Active participation in plant shut down of Ducal Brewery in Santa Cruz in 2003. Incorporation of Ducal employees in CBN staff without union or engagement problems.-Teamwork Based Organization (TBO) implementation with very good results in key performance indicators, safety and quality indicators and engagement in 2006. Santa Cruz brewery remains under the top plants in LAS. -Capex execution and production increase in several steps from 320.000 hl per year in 2000 to 950.000 hl per year in 2008. Main responsible for 10 million € project execution of capacity increase in brew house, services and fermentation tanks, using TPM tool early project management in all areas in 2007.
