Incorporation of Ducal employees in CBN staff without union or engagement problems.-Teamwork Based Organization (TBO) implementation with very good results in key performance indicators, safety and quality indicators and engagement in 2006. Santa Cruz brewery remains under the top plants in LAS. -Capex execution and production increase in several steps from 320.000 hl per year in 2000 to 950.000 hl per year in 2008. Main responsible for 10 million € project execution of capacity increase in brew house, services and fermentation tanks, using TPM tool early project management in all areas in 2007.
