Worked directly with label manager and label owner to handle day-to-day operations at an independent record label. Co-managed online store and was in charge of organizing and maintaining stock of vinyl LPs, CDs, cassettes and label merchandise, as well as providing customer service via email regarding order concerns, alterations, or cancellations. Used Endicia, Shipstation & Shopify to complete these tasks. Fielded correspondence from label’s “info” email, responding thoughtfully to all inquiries. Screened demos sent to this email and passed along interesting submissions to label manager. Assisted with social media presence, primarily on Twitter and Instagram. Wrote and published Mailchimp newsletters highlighting record releases and tour announcements. Helped with office organization and upkeep.

Covered counselors on their breaks, working with specific cabin groups of 6-8 campers and helping facilitate their activities.
