Set up and Management of Supporter Engagement Unit (SEU), including overseeing Marketing Manager and Events Coordinator.My role oversaw the account management of 250+ existing corporate supporters and the business development and acquisition of new supporters (such as Sydney Opera House, Morris Family Foundation, Taronga Zoo).The management of the SEU saw me managing the task of supporter engagement through value add and meaningful liaison with corporate supporters. Key responsibilities:Value add for voluntary, corporate supporters through bespoke social media campaigns, events (stakeholder lunches, breakfasts, planting days), collateral creation and meetings/visits.I also set up the Business Advisory Council Breakfast Series, running 3-4 times a year. It brings together the senior BAC group to discuss topics and challenges of the organisation, harvesting best practice and creative ideas from people of different industry backgrounds and careers.
