Held various consulting and leadership positions throughout his extensive career that provided the unique opportunity to gain a wealth and breadth of practical knowledge and experience about the functions and inner workings of organizations and institutions - - knowledge that, together with his intuitive organizational skills, and career-long interest in organizational effectiveness, allowed him to develop, more recently, a unique and comprehensive, and yet simple and logical, strategy and approach for refocusing organizations and institutions so that they can finally, through GCC's Leadership Strategies, become highly effective in carrying out their missions.Important to emphasize is that GCC's Leadership strategies are applicable in any type of organization or institution including the Family Unit, the most vital institution of Society where honorable values should be initially developed. Because of the special role and responsibilities of the Family Unit in Society, together with its impact on all other types of organizations and institutions, GCC's strategies also cover the Leadership requirements for strengthening and returning the Family Unit to its primary and honorable role in Society, a role that has been undercut by the counter-culture movements that, even today, promote irresponsibility, unaccountability, and declining ethical and moral standards - - conduct and behavior often found in today's organizations and institutions, even among those in leadership positions. Apart from the harmful effects of the popular culture on the Family Unit, it is also a failure of government leaders, laws, the courts, the schools, etc., together with the irresponsible choices of parents, themselves, who too often compromise or even abandon their primary responsibility for providing honorable leadership and noble values so essential in the home for instilling the virtuous character necessary for their children to become Society's Future Parents, Workers, and Leaders.
