In addition, my focus is on the development and expansion of the company’s national accounts portfolio and ensuring membership, achieving premium revenue and profitability targets for this sector. See previous experience. To serve these accounts, I collaborate closely with them directly and my network of contacts within international employee benefit consulting firms including Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Hub International, Alliant, and Aon Hewitt.Additional responsibilities include strategic planning and implementation, goals and results monitoring and tracking, open season and enrollment activities, compliance with contractual requirements and accreditation.
