    Facility Manager for a 387 acre site with 53 buildings. 31 buildings are listed on the National Register of Historic Places plus two contributing sites. The campus consists of approximately 61.6 acres, 190 acres of tillable cropland, 96.5 acres of non-tillable land, 38 acres of woodland and a 1.3 acre pond. The property has its own boiler/steam heat power plant as well as its own water purification. Miles of paved roads, underground tunnels, street & security lighting and fire hydrant system all maintained independently. Additionally, there is a 35 acre parcel of property with 3 buildings available to be rented: Cabin w/kitchen (1,696sf) capable of sleeping 6. A "bunkhouse" (1,421sf) capable of sleeping 20. An antique log cabin (384sf) and a 25'X30' shelter house.
