Following a nearly twenty-year career in marketing at global consulting firms, I helped found Inclusive Fitness in 2020. IF was inspired by our son, Lucas, an amazing autistic eighteen-year-old, who proves every day what is possible with the right mindset, supports and challenges in place.Our goal is to create a paradigm shift in people's minds, so that they see high-quality, effective strength and conditioning training not as the exception, but as the expectation. At Inclusive Fitness, our amazing athletes - including Lucas - are doing that every day!
