KNBR 680/1050 Promotions Intern

Aug 2011 - Aug 2012

Helped promote KNBR, the Giants, the 49ers, and the Warriors. Helped set up events. One event I worked regularly was the "Weekends in the Park" for the Giants. This was a broadcast before Giants' home games with Marty Lurie and Patrick Connor. I would assist in setting up/taking down cables, speakers, microphones, tents, tables and anything else that the broadcasters would need. After everything was set up I would promote the package KNBR was offering to listeners and fans. I also regularly worked 49ers games and set up stereo equipment to broadcast Damon Bruce's pre-game analysis of the teams. Broke down audio and video clips for promotional usage. One thing I did on a regular basis was break down interviews; including Frank Gore, Aldon Smith, and Larry Baer for their most interesting and relevant answers that were used during on-air broadcast segments and put on the KNBR website.
