Native’s operations team consistently achieved <$4/BO LOE targets.

    • Served as Woodford Team Lead, managing all personnel involved in EOG’s Eastern Anadarko Basin position including technical groups, land, materials, and accounting. Leveraged operational background and reservoir knowledge as team shifted toward infill development, ensuring strategic plan was carried out in most efficient manner possible.• Lead engineer directing all components of completion operations of more than 50 horizontal wells in Woodford oil window and Ellis County Marmaton play. Presented frac design recommendations to management, interfacing with all technical teams to ensure proper stimulation is pumped and EOG realizes maximum return. Managed AFE’s, field cost estimations for accrual purposes and actual costs/invoice approval.• Responsible for implementing the first decoupled frac model in the EOG OKC division. Studies included use of diverter, pre-fill, and adjusting job size on the fly.• Part of team optimizing stick pipe drillout operations of 55+ composite frac plugs. Analysis included cased-hole PDC bit design and best practice implementation.
