Management of military communication systems, IT networks and software utilised for the delivery of Army recruit training at the Royal School of Signals, Blandford, and part of the Defence College of Technology Training.Company lead for articulating policy and ensuring compliance for all equipment care and information management processes. Ownership for all major incidents and manager for all resources, responsible for the documentation and analysis of incidents and problem trends in order to identify and advise on improvements.• Responsible for all IT service and training delivery matters with regards to a broad spectrum of deployable and fixed Information and Communication System (ICS) training assets utilised by 200+ recruits, instructors and senior management. • Produced, implemented and maintained incident management processes in order to maintain pre-agreed customer service levels. Responsible for risk management and identifying appropriate risk mitigations and planning to ensure maximum service availability for recruits and employees• Project manager for a variety of IT training improvements within the Royal School of Signals which include:1. Reorganisation and restructuring of departments within Royal School of Signals to improve training facilities, training quality and training availability.2. Designed, procured and built two new networked IT classrooms to be utilised for the development of IT skills and telecommunications orientated lessons.3. Designed, procured and built upon existing classroom infrastructure of the Electronic Warfare (EW) skills classroom to improve training quality and bring contextualisation of use to EW based equipments.4. Created and implemented an award scheme that is both measurable and recordable at all levels to promote the pursuit of learning excellence.

Frontline project manager for the successful delivery and implementation of military projects as part of a program designed to improve the level of protection provided to soldiers from Radio Frequency controlled Improvised Explosive Devices (RFIEDs) across Afghanistan through the use of Electronic Counter Measures (Force Protection) (ECM (FP) Examples of successfully delivered projects include:• Planned, implemented, monitored and completed the modification of over 1000 force protection military vehicles with 50+ variants in order to install a new vital ECM (FP) equipment to provide protection for a new RFIED threat across Afghanistan within a short time scale (10 weeks) with no negative impact to ongoing operations.• Planned, implemented, monitored and completed the delivery of two ECM (FP) equipment’s to provide improved protection and mobility to ground troops, while ensuring delivery of all necessary training across Afghanistan within a short time scale (6 weeks) with no negative impact on ongoing operations.• Design, develop, implemented and completed a modification program for the Foxhound armored personnel carrier after an RF design fault was identified during delivery ensuring that deployment time lines were met and ensuring that the best possible level of protection could be maintained.• Planned, implemented, monitored and completed the recalibration of 2000 individual ECM (FP) equipment’s across Afghanistan whilst maintaining effective protection levels and having no negative impact on ground operations.Senior Service and Equipment Manager directly accountable for managing, maintaining and tracking all ECM(FP) equipment utilised by the British Army in Afghanistan in order to provide life critical assurance for protection against RFIEDs. Accountable and responsible for the producing and ensuring external compliance with the logistics, security and equipment care policy of ECM(FP) equipment in Afghanistan.
