    I worked at this location periodically for several years. I was responsible for overseeing 4-6 employees, ensuring quality work was performed in a timely manner. I dealt with customer complaints, requests, and inquiries on a daily basis, and developed exceptional customer service skills. I performed file maintenance for store products, including price designation, inserting PLUs into systems, and determining sale layouts. I am familiar with determining ordering quantities and matching shelving layouts to match planograms. I lead by example, and would include myself in assigned tasks to motivate employees. Prior to working as a Supervisor, I worked as a cashier and shelf stocker. This involved completing monetary transactions for goods, and ensuring store shelves were fully stocked and presentable at all times.
