    1. Apply the SHEQ Group Policy to achieve the vision “we do not want to harm people or the environment”.2. Ensure cross-training workforce within the sub-regions, mainly with team active participation in global PER -Performance Efficient Reviews but also ensure specific process training for the team development.3. Ensure in-sourced and out-sourced work is accomplished attending codes and procedures, internal andexternal standards.4. Identify BOP opportunities and support its implementation keeping alignment with regional strategy.5. Work with sub-regions to ensure KPI targets for multiple plants are understood & achievableaccordingly. Follow it up to guarantee alignment with global indicators.6. Review and support appropriate process models application to enhance efficient operations.7. Coordinate plant performance analysis, technical review, performance monitoring, looking for detailedplant process recovery, compressor performance, and optimal power usage, following plant model data.8. Provide cost / benefit analysis for regional plants with clear KPI feedback aiming to improve operations.9. Follow the operational cost, capital expenditures to suggest performance targets through Six Sigmaprojects.10. Coordinate operational support to sub-regions when required for major maintenance and startupsevents.11. Coordinate support for the sub-regions to develop appropriate plant contingency plans.12. Coordinate with the sub-regions the yearly budget & capex with sustainable information.13. Coordinate team work with reliability to optimize and reduce CoD (cost of downtime) as provider of dataanalysis, events study, and process trends.14. Interface with global teams (Manufacturer Engineering, Operations, Project execution) for processdevelopment and standards definition.
