Gordon is the Vice President at Entrust for the Identity Verification business segment since Entrust acquired WorldReach Software in April 2021. He is leading Entrust in the delivery of remote Identity verification as a service (IDV) at a high level of identity assurance, particularly for governments in their delivery of digital citizen services, seamless borders and fully digital immigration processes (eVisa and Electronic Travel Authorizations). Gordon is the Entrust representative in the World Travel and Tourism Council and its Safe & Seamless Travel Journey initiative. He is leading Entrust's efforts to link together the next generation of systems, including digital identity verification and applying biometrics, across immigration, borders and travel services providers to deliver on the seamless travel modernization goals, particularly given the relevance of COVID 19 requirements.

WorldReach helps ensure traveler safety and security worldwide through its systems for government consular, border management and immigration organizations, as well as individual travelers. WorldReach developed its remote Identity verification (IDV) platform working with Canadian government departments for border and immigration use cases. The United Kingdom Home Office selected WorldReach in an open RFP to deliver the remote ID Verification capability for the digital channel of its EU Settlement Scheme for Brexit that has been used by over 5 Million people to gain settled status in the UK. Subsequent to Brexit the WorldReach ID Verification service has been used to support the new Points Based Immigration System, including for temporary workers and students. Customers include the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Immigration/Passport/Border Agencies from Canada, Ireland, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Spain, Denmark and United Kingdom, six British Overseas Territories in the Caribbean, the UK Channel Islands and Gibraltar. WorldReach systems are used by governments around the world as mission critical systems including at over 900 embassies and consulates.
