Conduct cost and implication analysis for presentation to client’s REMCO committee along with recommended solutions;Monitor and report changes in regulation and legislation, proposing appropriate responses;Provide input into the development of performance and reward theory and principles;Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations from executive to shop floor levels.
