Involved in long and short term capacity planning process, lines balancing in order to achieve best possible output, customer complains related to production, coordination with support departments... Supporting and sharing KPI's on regional level. Part of the organization change and making "Smart Department" way of working where the tasks were distributed between the shift supervisors and supported by the Line engineers. This was very positive (internal) change in the way of working where everybody has dedicated tasks and focused area of working. This was also base for creating annual objectives.
