Client projects- Merger of 2 brokerage firms’ platform: Led a due diligence of the 2 companies including the analysis of the potential savings in case of a merger of Back office (BO) Middle Office (MO) functions of 2 UK based Brokerage firms. Monitored the recruitment process in the new location.- Transformation project in a global French Bank: Developed a Business Case on different cost-cutting initiatives based on a re-organisation of the teams within the investment bank, presented to the board for fundraising purposes.- HR Transformation in a global French bank: Led analysis on the cost and organisational set up of the Payroll and Administrative tasks among the different entities of the banks to assess a potential mutualisation and near-shoring of these various tasks.Internal projects- Boost sales stream: Identified hot topics that could be of interest to clients, drafted proposal and pitched to clients.- Organisation of the Company’s Global Seminar: In charge of managing a team of 12 people involved in the organisation (250 employees), the coordination with the external providers, managing a budget of EUR 300k.
