Supported them in the research of a potential new legal structure for the new entity.- Offshoring of BO/MO functions for a French CIB: Produced the business requirements of the different functions by listing the processes and the IT tools and advised on the functions on the functions that should be offshored. Monitored the recruitment process in the new location.- Transformation project in a global French Bank: Developed a Business Case on different cost-cutting initiatives based on a re-organisation of the teams within the investment bank, presented to the board for fundraising purposes.- HR Transformation in a global French bank: Led analysis on the cost and organisational set up of the Payroll and Administrative tasks among the different entities of the banks to assess a potential mutualisation and near-shoring of these various tasks.Internal projects- Boost sales stream: Identified hot topics that could be of interest to clients, drafted proposal and pitched to clients.- Organisation of the Company’s Global Seminar: In charge of managing a team of 12 people involved in the organisation (250 employees), the coordination with the external providers, managing a budget of EUR 300k.
