Conduct a regular database census and ensure data such as personnel details/leave/sickness and performance management are kept up to date• Conduct Exit Interviews and analyze and implement feedback for staff retention plans.• Provide general HR and informal counseling support to all employees.• Co-ordinate and oversee visa/work permit requirements• Ensure Labour laws are adhered to and liase with internal Legal department on employment contractual issues.
