    Created, designed and delivered an accelerator program in Sydney in 2018 to house and nurture disruptive tech startups in the fintech, regtech, lawtech space. Launched a second EY Foundry in Singapore in 2019.

    Driving the innovation agenda across the Asia-Pacific Tax practice, to effect culture change, and encourage creativity in generating new revenue streams or better operational efficiency. This involved creating and running innovation campaigns, building the innovation stage gates and pipeline, developing and delivering training, testing and piloting new ideas, and pitching new ideas to leadership.
