Utilities Unit:Resigned from FFBL on Dec 24, 2020 as Section Manager at utilities unit. My core responsibilities were as follows: Process data evaluation & performance monitoring, plant optimized operation, process & equipment troubleshooting, Safe Plant startup / shutdown, Panel monitoring & corrective actions, chemicals consumption evaluation, forecasting & optimization, machines and equipments performance data collection and all plant safe emergency handling. As a Coordination Engineer, I performed the following tasks:• Manage Operations of the plant in shift through shift in charges of Ammonia, Urea, Utilities, DAP & PH&S(Product Handling & Shipment)• Control and handle non-conforming products• Prepare inputs for daily production and material balance reports• Maintain close liaison with support services department in order to ensure smooth plant operations• Ensure safe, consistent and efficient operations of the plants and reduce downtime• In case of emergency at plant assess the problem, organize a safe shutdown, if required and establish communication with the all concerned• Investigate the cause of problem and its solutions in order to ensure production as per production plan• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies• Maintain the discipline in the shifts• Act as emergency rescue squad chief in case of fire/disaster in order to ensure safe plant operations

Ammonia plant:In February 2002. I was transferred to Ammonia unit and got experience of operating induced draft furnace, waste heat boilers of capacity 250 T/h, Heat Recovery Steam Generator(HRSG) of 100 T/h capacity, water treatment for boiler feed water, air compressors, steam turbines, gas turbine etc. As ammonia plant shift in charge I have experience of performing the following tasks: • Managing and utilizing manpower for smooth, safe and continuous plant operation.• Supervision of plant start-up and shutdown activities.• Problem diagnostic, troubleshooting & emergency handling.• Preparation/updating of checklists, log sheets, SOPs & Training ManualsDuring ammonia plant BMR phase, I took part in the following activities as operations engineer• To review modifications process packages from operations point of view• Preparation of line blowing and flushing procedures and execution• Preparation of startup procedure for new machines and equipments & execution• Coordination with VSMs in commissioning and startup activities

Product Handling and Shipping:After Apprenticeship I was assigned PH&S unit. I performed my duty as a Shift Incharge for about 03 years. Here I got opportunity to work with VSM for during Commissioning and Startup of conveyer belts, Screening and De-dusting Equipment’s, Scrappers and Shipping lines.

I started my professional career from IBRAHIM FIBERS LIMITED, IFL as trainee engineer on December 18,1995. I was assigned maintenance department and got opportunity to work with VSM’s of German companies, Zimmer and Fleisner during piping/equipment erection of spinning and draw line area. After one year, I was transferred to operations department and participated in commissioning and startup activities in said area. I worked in IFL as shift in charge for about one year and then left to join FFBL.
