Pool is still producing 300 bopd and 3.5 mm/d of gas. - Negotiated a 40% fee reduction at Chevron Kaybob K3 GP as Chairman of the K3 User Group.Eastern Alberta Area (1993-1997) - Led team to increase production from 35 mm/d to 85 mm/d in the span of 2+ years by persuading Management to keep the area and spend more money. Key year was 1994 with 26 mm/d added. - Initiated underbalanced air drilling into gas zones up to 700 m deep using water well rigs (1994). - Developed the John Lake Heavy Oil Property into a 65 well, 1500 bpd heavy oil project. - Implemented development of "Resource Management Plans" for the Eastern Alberta oil/gas well propertiesExploitation Engineer (1991-1993) - Chairman - Birch Wavy Task Force - Viking Kinsella Sparky F Pool Waterflood Optimization.

An average of 10-15 Major Projects were executed per year with 5-8 engineers per year. - Personally handled several major projects each year myself.Facility Engineer (1978 -1980) - Implemented several projects including: several new skid-mounted water injection plants; battery upgrades, and 20,000 bopd Bonnie Glen oil satellite.- Other duties included review & approval of equipment requisitions, quote evaluations, vendor drawing approvals, and shop fabrication inspections.
