    The Hiser Group, a consultancy specialising in user interface design, services many large corporate and government organisations that understand the critical business imperative of providing an optimal user experience for their products and services.For the last two years, I was the General Manager for both the Melbourne and Sydney offices. My challenge was to foster a culture of collaboration, consistency and success. This busy role enabled me to hone my people management skills.     I started as the Finance Manager at The Hiser Group and shortly thereafter the business was restructured and I took over the General Manager – Victoria role.
