    My role is to work independently on a wide variety of projects, such as conducting residential and commercial property inspections for clients. This includes providing services such as evaluating the condition of the properties for sale, damage assessment, and other required evaluations. This means being detail-oriented and accurate in my work to ensure all inspections are completed to satisfactory standards. I also inspect electrical, plumbing, ventilation systems, structure, and safety features to ensure all systems are up to code and the property is safe. As well as inspections, I also provide clients with a detailed written report on the condition of the property in a timely manner, which may be used in court if necessary.
