    Over the past 6 months I have been responsible for the design of a Youth Engagement Self-Assessment toolkit which is now being published in 4 different languages and rolled out across 190 National Societies around the world within the International Federation of the Red cross and Red Crescent. Within the toolkit I've designed, I've included facilitative materials to assist National Societies in collecting feedback through discussions and focus groups from young volunteers, leaders and members of affected communities. The objective of the project is to increase youth engagement across the organisation through educating, empowering and creating enabling environments for young people. All resulting in a stronger, more resilient youth-led National Society aligned with the 2020 IFRC Youth Engagement Strategy.
