Managing a budget of $3.0 Billion, with direct responsibilities for accounting, accounting policy, A/R, A/P, payroll, employee benefits and pensions, debt management, internal controls, audits, financial planning and ensuring that all financial operating, legal and regulatory requirements are met. First elected in 2009 and re-elected for a second four-year term in November 2013.
