    Formed and lead the parliamentary debate team to become Shizuoka Prefecture HPDU Champions for the first time in the history of Katoh Gakuen Gyoshu. Allowed students to come up with their own practice format and schedule in order to instill joy and ownership over their learning. Taught students to practice democracy in choosing their own members through online voting. Adapted and implemented the Welsh model of translanguaging (originally developed by Cen Williams) in order to facilitate faster Conceptual Learning and Transfer of complex ideas through a variety of relevant and thought-provoking motions using both the target language and the students' mother tongue where necessary.
