    Started as film scanner for Nordstrom Direct print catalogs for 6 months, promoted to Nordstrom.com digital image production, was voted company All-Star, while in this position, also developed a naming convention and digital filing protocol, that to my knowledge Nordstrom still uses to this day ... 6 months later promoted to Web Designer, was responsible for running many internal projects and mentoring designers (somehow i was roped into being the IT guy whenever there was a problem.)
