I was further responsible for organising 44 radio talks for “Landbouradio” on agricultural research, extension and training in the Free State Region.I assisted in the creation of an objective orientated budget planning system for agricultural development by the Department.I was nicknamed "Mohokahanyi", which means "builder of bridges" or "a person that relates people to each other”.Chairperson of the Personnel Society (first lady in Glen’s history to perform this task) and convenor of a prayer group and choir;Secretary to one Commission, nine committees and several workshops and meetings.
