      ᴥ IT WAS A NIGHTMARE BUT A NEW START.ᴥ AIJIE and I was cheated by our US partner in 2014,we got all the payments paid on time before,while it was abnormal since end of 2013,orders declined,payments were pending,we did not get any actual response but consistent delay.ᴥ A day,we received a call from a client(Scott),he was advised by my partner that the urgent shipment was stuck in the US customs and need a long time to be cleared,we were so shocked,it was sitting in our warehouse,how my partner cheated him?we did not tell him right away till Scott called us the 2nd time since we were not sure what's going on,he was so disappointed while paid again since we haven't got paid still,then we had a new start because of him,many other victims(who bought silicone bracelet,plush toy,golf bags,balloons,apparel,cases&bags,drinkware,pens,mugs,cups,hats,office&awards items,trade show&events products and many other gift items)whom recommended by him got in touch with us,and actually we even never heard about some orders,it means my partner always play games with them,charged without order handing over to us,we found out all the other customers though LINKDEIN or in some other ways,actually the clients were so scared since they were hurt by our partner once,luckily,we told him the story about Scott,and they could get more information about us from him,and finally we set up trust with almost all the customers and keep partnerships till today.ᴥ It took long time for us to get through the tough period and surely hate him sometime,more over,i appreciate that he taught us business knowledge/skills/negotiation abilities;how to choose and manage good vendor relationships,how to communicate with US clients&learn more about US market,most importantly it opens a window for us to connect with more people.ᴥ Something happened,it was bad in some period while it's an amazing gift,never give up,work hard and sincerely with your professions,NO CHEATING to anybody!!!

      ᴥ A real storyᴥ Looking back to 2010,Internet business was not so popular in China yet,while all of the companies need to find more customers,YIWU is the world's biggest small commodities market with more than 60000 shops for people from all over the world to buy Homeware&Decoration,Fashion Accessories,Festival,party&wedding,Apparel,Shoes &Parts,Hardware& Tools,School & Office,Sports & Outdoor,Toys,Fun & Novelty,Pet,Hotel & Restaurant products etc. also a good platform for exploring more clients.ᴥ Kaileading which i worked at recruited new graduates from colleges with salary around USD 150 per month,our main job was talking to the foreigners in the market,we got countless “NO" ,most people left in one month,some of them even left in 2 days,or 7 days,there were 3 batches of staff changed in several months due to the big pressure,i was the only person insist,nearly 6 months NO clients,i felt so upset and guilty,also shame to face the leaders and colleagues,especially when someone got new clients,i felt very disappointed with myself,while there was a belief,it was not a time to leave now,if had to leave,wait and get new customers,6 months,think about it,the company did not get rid of me also need to prove that i am not a worthless guy.ᴥ Finally I met MR Orlando from Chile in the airport,only 5 minutes rush talking,he took away the booklet and called me for meeting at night also another competitor who speaks Spanish,while he did not decide right away,just told us that they need to try both first,Luckily,tried the 1st day and lastly they chose us even he prefers someone who speaks Spanish,they placed a home decorations & Crafts trail order: USD 110000 in total due to my INSISTING,HARDWORING&SINCERITY.ᴥ If you are going to work with a company or start partnership with someone,the most important is the person,what's his characters and faith rather than how beautiful he promises,a right person is the base of your success......
