Dichter & Neira, a market research company, opened offices at Bolivia, and the VP - COO recruit me to: - Lead the local operation of data gathering. The first month, +1200 surveys were conducted alongside the country, with a new team of +25 people. - Ensure the quality and time efficiency of all the quantitative projects conducted in the country. - Manage the budget of local projects, and assist in budgeting proposals for new clients - Be the legal representative towards Bolivian Commerce Chamber, IRS and Financial Institutions. Also during this time, I was commissioned to: - Support the company set-up at Paraguay. From Asunción, I worked alongside the local team to replicate the process of recruitment, training, and execution that had been successfully implemented in Bolivia. - Support, monitoring and planning of regional projects.
