    • Managing the development of cost effective fit for purpose structural packaging and POS displays, developing internally and also with external vendors. Working closely with global Distribution Centres (automated and manual) to ensure product can safely and securely travel the length of the supply chain.• Budget responsibility for the EANZ packaging team.• Forging close working relationship with a wide number of Global packaging vendors, developing prototype samples and proofs, attending press-passes and keeping up to date with all new print developments.• Meeting EU regional marketing teams to discuss their packaging requirements, visiting Stanley manufacturing plants to attend VAVE events, eliminating waste, reducing labour and producing cost efficient packaging.• Communicate on a global level with all SBD employees, have a close working relationship with packaging teams in the US and Taiwan, sharing knowledge, best practice and constantly looking to drive process improvements within my own team• Managing reports and working closely with design, photography and creative agencies ensuring all NPD, promotional activity and marketing campaign launch materials are delivered on time.
