    MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB In support of the Dean, who holds ultimate responsibility for faculty strategic and financial planning, plan, develop and implement the financial strategy for the faculty. Lead, manage and develop the faculty’s Finance function to support the objectives and strategic direction of the faculty. Provide financial leadership and analytical support for the faculty planning and forecasting process. Provide sound financial advice to internal customers to support planning and decision making. Provide leadership, mentoring and direction for professional staff within Finance in the faculty. Support the University-wide finance community through the active participation in and support of University improvement initiatives.
