Gary L. Mandarich is the sole owner of Mandarich Developments (an S Corporation.) Since 1996, Mandarich Developments (or Gary L. Mandarich, June 1996-December 31, 1997) has built and sold over 500 homes, and developed land for several commercial properties for these limited liability companies.
