    Over the last 30 years assisted small businesses by providing proprietary "One Stop Shop" and "Strategic Wealth Targeting" systems for successful growth and wealth creation. To support this approach, designed and implemented FMC's BFA (Business Financial Advisor) program, designed and wrote the strategic financial modeling software, designed processing systems for various government debt (SBA) and equity financing programs (SBIC), and designed processing systems for government contracting programs (8-a) to provide additional revenues for client businesses. In addition developed and wrote business educational material provided in thirteen business seminars, various workshops, and FMC school of business for business owners. Over 30 years experience in underwriting, funding, closing, selling, and servicing SBA 7-a, SBA 504 and USDA loans.

    Graduated from Texas Commerce Bank's executive training program. Included two years of training in each department of the bank with concentrated studies of financial analysis techniques, underwriting commercial loans, and bank operating systems. After completing training, I was transferred to a newly acquired Texas Commerce Bank (formerly Irving Bank and Trust) to conduct a financial analysis of the entire commercial loan portfolio. While at Irving Bank and Trust, I also headed the commercial loan and credit department, developed loan policies and was secretary of the loan committee.

    A member of a space research team at the Lunar Receiving Laboratory during the Apollo 11, 12, and 13 space missions. This included conducting an array of microbiological and chemical experiments on lunar material to determine presence of life on the moon.
