Job responsibilities include; drawing file management, personnel moves, layout drafting, building layouts including floor plans, furniture and peripheral tools; phones, computers, printers, copiers, plotters, common areas and for the shop areas; machine tools layouts, offices, common areas, specialty items (coating areas, cleanrooms, shipping/receiving docks, cribs, storage areas, cafeteria and fire/security functions). In addition the group is responsible for most of the capital appropriation projects and major expense prjects. They manage projects for schedule and budget targets along with safety requirement, company policy and environmental concerns.
