    I served as the department head covering diversified financial insurance policy exposures of multi-billion dollars of corporate, municipal and structured finance risks, domestically and internationally. Reporting to the CEO and Chief Risk Officer, I also managed teams as large as 23 and oversaw credit surveillance, loss mitigation and consent-fee generation while actively running off the company’s financial insurance policy-related activities. Among my achievements are:➤ Set up a de-centralized portfolio management function in London office hiring and leading a team and building a department.➤ Started an aircraft leasing business following the repossession of planes in the ATA Airlines bankruptcy.➤ Appointed to head the newly formed Risk Remediation group to focus on special situations, workouts and liquidating the insured portfolio of credits firm wide.👉 Member of Senior Advisory Group, Risk, Enterprise Risk, Model Risk Acceptance, and 401K Administration Committees.

    I led deal origination and management of a bank sponsored and partially supported asset-backed commercial paper conduit. In the role, I led a team of 5 direct reports and managed all aspects of structuring and transaction execution including credit analysis, client interface, and rating agency approval.

    I founded the department responsible for the origination and portfolio management of complex structured finance transactions. I also project led a $5.5B securitization of the bank’s corporate loan assets in North America creating one of the first balance sheet CLOs ever.Prior to my promotion to SVP, I served as the Chief of Staff, Office of the President where I worked with the senior executive team to develop strategic and operational plans for integrating the investment and commercial banking divisions.
