Production in Southern California was limited due to operational constraints and complications prior to my joining the Company. I staffed the Southern California division and turned production around. I helped attain 1 Billion in loan servicing by May 10,1990. By 1992 the Southern California Branch’s was producing 300 million a month. The company was sold to Greenpoint Financial in 2002 and at that time Headlands Mortgage had 12 branches
